Overview

The extension of the Grand Parkway from I-10 West to I-45 North was a catalyst for significant real estate development, both commercial and residential.  This tract is situated just north of the Grand Parkway, at the southwest corner of Cypress Rosehill and FM 2920.  FM 2920 is a major east-west thoroughfare and we identified this as a strategic corner, with primary access to the Grand Parkway.  HEB purchased the property across the street from our site, and we quickly sold our parcel to a retail developer.
