Parkside aquired the Cantera Court investment, a strategically located 10-acre tract within the City of Katy adjacent to Cane Island in June 2026. Cantera Court represents the second asset acquisition in Fund IV and continues our strategy of acquiring well-located land investments in high growth corridors where we can create value through entitlement, infrastructure coordination, and strategic disposition timing. The investment contemplates a phased approach to value creation through land planning, entitlement advancement, infrastructure coordination, and ultimate disposition to a homebuilder. Parkside is currently in negotiations with a well-known and respected homebuilder to acquire all the land in three phased takedowns projected over 2027 and 2028. The project will likely include 15-17 large residential lots targeting the high-end custom home market.
