We purchased 165 acres at the northeast corner of I-45 and FM 830 in July 2019. We are partnering with Pulte Homes on 135 acres for their development of approximately 500 residential lots. We retained ownership of the 30 acre hard corner and will have 5 acres remaining to sell as of Dec 2022. We consider this a key interchange in this I-45 North market as it provides access to Woodland Hills, the new Howard Hughes Development north of the Woodlands. We created an in-city of Conroe MUD and will work through the entitlement and development process. We have received significant demand from a mix of uses due to the rapid population growth in Montgomery County and the highly visible location along I-45.
