Overview

Parkside purchased 8.0 acres in Conroe at the corner of FM 830 and Thousand Trails Rd in December 2017 and sold the tract in 2022. Howard Hughes Corp’s 2,000+ acre Woodland Hills community adjacent to our site now has several sections of lots on the ground and several builders are selling homes.  Howard Hughes plans a major commercial project at the corner opposite our site and this market continues to mature over time.
