Overview

We purchased 77 acres at the southeast corner of the Grand Parkway (HWY 99) and Cypress-Rosehill Rd. in early 2021 and sold the tract in 2023. Located at the signalized intersection of going home traffic to future residential developments and a future HEB and retail center.  As the single family market continues to strengthen in the immediate vicinity we will hold the asset until it is ready to be sold as a commercial corner. The site can be annexed into our existing MUD. We expect significant demand from a mix of uses due to the rapid population growth in the area and the highly visible location along HWY 99.
