Clay Rd. & Katy Hockley Cut-Off
We acquired the 110-acre tract in Katy at Clay Road and Katy Hockley Cutoff Road in mid-2021. This is an asset that is primarily single family residential with some retail and commercial opportunities on the corner. This site is one of the few remaining single-family sites in Katy ISD and home sales have continued to be robust throughout 2020. Pulte Homes plans to build 191 homes on 86 acres of the 110-acre tract. The tract will be annexed into our existing in-city MUD.
