Overview

Parkside purchased at 55 acres at the northeast corner of Cypress Rosehill and the Grand Parkway shortly after the Grand Parkway was extended from Texas 290 to I-45.  This extension opened up a tremendous amount of real estate for development, and we felt this was one of the premier corners.  We entered into a lease with a construction company, which covered carry costs while we owned the tract.  We sold the tract in early 2019.
