Overview

Parkside invested in a 17.7 acre tract located on Airline Drive, just inside of 610 North.  The property has been a farmer’s market since 1942, operating as a place for farmers to bring fresh produce and goods to the surrounding Houston neighborhoods and restauranteurs.  The plan is to redevelop the property into an experiential real estate experience, bringing in some of Houston’s most notable chefs and breweries and creating an area for music and events, all while capitalizing on the rising popularity of the Heights.
