Parkside Capital just purchased 33 acres of commercial reserves at the northeast corner of the Grand Parkway and Westpark Tollway which is located in one of the fastest growing submarkets in Houston.  The site has a completed internal access road, Grand Corner Drive.  We sold to a variety of users including a school, and apartment developer, hotel developer and office and medical users.
