Overview

Parkside purchased this 1.7-acre tract in September 2017.  The East End market has shown steady redevelopment as major national retailers have entered the market.  This tract is just on the eastern edge of that growth which allowed us to enter the market at a good price.  This site has ample frontage on Harrisburg, and we believe it is a good long-term retail site.
