Overview

Parkside purchased 20 acres at the southeast corner of FM 1488 and Old Hockley Road in late 2015.  Given the rapid population growth and freeway expansion coming to Magnolia, we felt this tract was a good long term asset.  We sold 15 acres to an adjacent property owner in 2016 and retained ownership of the 5 acre hard corner.  While the market continued to mature, we completed installation of driveways, site clearing and engineering and we sold the 5 acre corner in mid 2017.
