Overview

Parkside purchased this 48 acres at the southeast corner of FM 1488 and Spur 149 in June 2018.  This tract is across the street from a major mixed-use development, anchored by HEB.  Parkside annexed the property into the City of Magnolia and an adjacent municipal utility district in order to receive utility capacity.  We think this site is a great retail corner long-term as the City of Magnolia continues to add high-quality single-family developments. We will be sold out of acreage by the end of 2022.
