Overview

Parkside purchased 51 acres along HWY 105 in the city of Montgomery in 2025.  The residential portion will be an extension of the walkable downtown City of Montgomery.  Parkside plans to develop the infrastructure to serve the site (utility extensions, entry road, detention ponds and landscaping), which is expected to be complete by early 2027, at which time we will complete our sale to the homebuilder. Parkside will retain the 7.5 acres of commercial frontage along SH 105 and focus on selling these commercial tracts once the homebuilders are under construction.
