Overview

Parkside Capital purchased the northwest corner of CR 59 and SH 288 in March of 2011.  We worked with the City of Pearland and Brazoria County on County Road 59 improvements.  We dedicated land to the City for expansion of Business Center Drive.  Parkside constructed all utilities and detention and sold sites to Costco and a variety of retail users.
