Overview

Parkside purchased this property in 2014 from Simon Property Group, the national mall developer and operator.  This 125-acre tract was well positioned at the northeast corner of I-10 and the Grand Parkway and Parkside felt the location made it a superb regional site.  We made sales to a variety of users including the University of Houston, retail developers, grocers and restaurants, creating a true mixed-use development.  Parkside installed internal streets and utilities as well as park landscaping and monuments.
