Overview

PParkside purchased an industrial building at the northeast corner of Yale and 610, which abutted a tract that we were confident would be a retail development.  The property provided income during the years we owned it and we sold to a retail developer who built a Whole Foods anchored shopping center, using the land they purchased from Parkside for additional retail space.
